I have just received my Zodiac CX20 robotic cleaner back from Doug. It was a seem-less experience. He diagnosed the issue (ahead of schedule) and despite it needing a new motor it was ready the next day as Doug has a good supply of spare parts onsite. No waiting, no fuss. So new motor = $500 and now my pool is looking great again. Better than $1300 for a new robot-includes a 12 month warranty too. Happy days, thanks Doug!! Highly recommended for robot repairs.
