Shipping Your Robot For Repair:

All Robotic recommends using a plastic tub with a lockable lid. This will ensure your robot makes it to my workshop in one piece.  Cardboard boxes are not recommended.

Quoting Your Robot Repairs:

All Robotic will use original manufactures diagnostic equipment to test and asses the operation of your robot cleaner. If worn parts or faulty electronics are found, All Robotic will prepare and send you a quotation for the repair.  Any parts used for the repair will be genuine parts from the manufacturer.
